Christine Napper
Operations Manager

An organiser at heart and a passionate believer in children achieving their full potential, Chris has always been interested in  children's education.  Taking a more active part in the education of her own children, she served as a Parent Governor and on the PTA at their primary and high schools.

Chris gained first-hand experience of working within the education system as a School Secretary for a large primary school and then as Office Manager for the Borough of Croydon’s Work Placement Programme (Project Trident).  This involved identifying suitable positions for students on work experience, placing them and overseeing their progress.

Chris worked in the Private Sector for a large insurance company for 20 years as a Supervisor and PA, running her own Secretarial Section. During this time she devised, implemented and ran courses within the company to help improve the quality of letter writing skills.

Chris’ most recent post was working with Nathan for Beatbullying, liaising with schools to assist in the implementation of the music programme.

Chris is keen to give something back to the community and enlisted as a ‘Reading Auntie’ at a local school to help children improve their reading skills.

A wife and mother of two boys (now men!) and a grandmother of two boys, Chris is often called upon for babysitting duties and although this takes up a lot of time, it does not deter her from a wide range of hobbies.  Her latest one is beekeeping (hive and bees coming soon) but she still keeps up her piano lessons, Zumba, Pilates and ballroom dancing sessions.  Chris and her husband also like travelling, having recently visited places such as China, Egypt and India, as well as extensive travel within Europe.
